I've always been more interested in what's not being said than what is. I think in strategy and feel in people. Twenty years learning those aren't opposites.

I've spent 20+ years building commercial, digital and customer strategy inside large global organizations — Cisco, Air France-KLM, Kenya Airways, and now Kramp, one of Europe's largest B2B distributors. Four continents, multiple industries, always at the intersection of business complexity and the human systems navigating it.

What those years gave me isn't a methodology. It's pattern recognition. I've been in enough rooms where the strategy was right and the results weren't. What's unspoken between people shapes results more than the slide deck ever will. I stopped pretending those were separate problems.

Today, alongside my work at Kramp, I take on select engagements with leaders and organizations I believe in — advisory, facilitation, coaching, often some combination. What stays constant is how I work: I sense what's present but unspoken, listen at multiple levels at once, and guide from that deeper listening — not just toward a cleaner strategy, but toward the clarity that makes it possible to act.

People who've worked with me tend to describe it as having a sidekick: someone who holds the bigger picture when you're in the weeds, brings honest challenge, and stays until the work actually lands. And someone who makes them feel genuinely seen, understood and valued along the way — because in my experience, that's not incidental to the strategic work. It's what makes it work.

Underlying all of it is a conviction I've earned through practice as much as experience: that the quality of strategy is inseparable from the quality of presence behind it. How a leader relates to themselves — to uncertainty, to the people around them — shapes everything downstream. I bring that into the work too. Not as a detour. As the thing itself.

My practice draws on authentic relating, emotional intelligence and relational leadership — not as frameworks to apply, but as ways of being that shape how I show up in every engagement.
